John 4:5-42

“Water”

This, the third Sunday in Lent, we are exploring the story of Jesus and the Samaritan woman’s mid-day discussion of living water at Jacob’s well. This is a wonderful story to hold in conversation with the story of Jesus and Nicodemus’ nighttime visit from last week. Again we are invited to listen in and think for ourselves about the meaning of water and of the Spirit.
