“Tears”
Lent asks us to rethink and reconsider what we think we know. It is the fifth Sunday in Lent and we are turning to John’s story of Lazarus being raised from the dead. On the day her brother is revived, Jesus tells Martha, “I am the resurrection and the life.” We are invited, once again, into a story in which a hopeless situation is redeemed! Where have you experienced a sort of resurrection in your life? Where is growth unfurling in a seemingly dead-end place? In what ways might we, as Christians, re-imagine a springtime in our lives together?
