Study of the Apostle Paul
Explore the life, convictions, and impact of the Apostle Paul on the Christian Faith.
June 16th – July 7th
Sundays 11 am, Parlor
The Apostle Paul’s letters to various communities following The Way of Jesus comprise the earliest writings of our Christian Bible, predating even the Gospels. In this study, we will explore Paul’s life, convictions, and his impact on our faith.
June 16 to July 7 we will enjoy a light, 4-week study to help ground our understanding of the Apostle Paul after Sunday service in the parlor. Materials will be provided and you are welcome to drop into any or all studies.
Our longer companion sermon series, “Letters from Paul,” will run from May 26 to July 14 and consider scripture from Romans, 1 Corinthians, 2 Corinthians, Philemon, Philippians, 1 Thessalonians, and Galatians.
Drop in for any or all of our four Sunday studies. Each study is about 45 minutes long. Discussion pages are provided each week.
We will meet in the parlor at Trinity following coffee hour on Sunday mornings. (511 Oak Street, Colusa)
Anyone may attend regardless of religious background, belief, Christian experience, or church affiliation. Enjoy a lively discussion and snacks.
