Luke 2:1-20
“Rejoice, Rejoice”
On Christmas Eve, we light the Christ candle. In the midst of hatred, violence, war, and injustice, we can choose apathy, or we can go searching for the peace the angel’s promise. Every moment is an opportunity to turn toward supra-rational wonder. We don’t need to be afraid. Christ is with us. Rejoice!
