“Emptying Out”
We are in Lent, a season of rethinking our choices and behaviors. Our Sunday scripture is Jesus’ harsh comments to Peter about doing God’s will, not what we want to do. However, Jesus goes on to announce we must lose our life to save it. In this second Sunday of our Lenten season of reconsideration, we ponder how replenishment requires empty space.
