On Ash Wednesday, we enter into the season of Lent. Lent is a time of rethinking and reconsideration leading up to Easter Sunday. Please join us for a short, evening service including special music by Alyce Joel and the imposition of ashes.

“Repentant”
For three worship services this week: Transfiguration Sunday, Ash Wednesday, and our first Sunday of Lent, we are talking about places of spiritual transformation in our lives. Where do we most come into ourselves? Where are we remade?
It turns out that who we are shines most clearly at the edges of daily experience: at the heights, during rethinking and repentance, and in the temptations of wilderness times. None of these spaces are the comfy green pastures we prefer.
