Fire is no longer just a consequence or a tool of purification; it becomes an indwelling presence. The fire of the Holy Spirit anoints us, empowers us, and sends us on incredible and terrible journeys of the spirit. Luke 17:5-10 teaches that only the tiniest seed of faith and our mildest agreement to begin, “OK,” is all that God needs to begin a transformation within us.

But, are we ready for such a level of faith? The world we know is a consequence of our actions, both oblivious and intentional. How can we be more deliberate in our lives? How might we join our elders-in-faith at the table of God’s overflowing love?
