Stewardship

WORKING IN THE VINEYARD

Loving God, Neighbor, and Self

A steward is a manager and wine is a Biblical symbol of joy. As stewards of God’s vineyard, we are asked to care for what belongs to God in such a way that our lives cultivate the raw materials of joy.

We have work to do.

You are invited to strive towards a pattern of living that brings your lived and professed values into closer alignment. Giving to Trinity is one piece of a larger work in your life that includes personal spiritual practices (personal piety) and supporting our neighbors (social holiness). What is your work to do these next twelve months?

We have a regular cycle of stewardship at Trinity. Each year, there is a time when members are invited to make personal, private stewardship commitments for the next year. Commitment envelopes will not be opened. They are returned the next year so you can see how you did in meeting your own goals before setting new ones.

Your own stewardship journey can start at any time.
