Advent Study

November 30 – December 21st

Advent invites you to hope, peace, joy, love (and faith.)

(Advent Sunday is November 30th. This year’s drop-in study will run on November 30th, December 7th, 14th and 21st. A personal study guide will be available November 30th for those wishing to follow an All-Advent devotional, including December 24th.)

Advent marks the first season of the Christian year preparing us for Christmas. It is a time of anticipation and spiritual preparation for the birth of the light into the world during the darkest of times.

This year’s drop-in Study will be on the first, second, and third Sundays of Advent after worship. Each study is about 45 minutes long. Reflection pages are provided each week.

We will meet in the parlor at Trinity following coffee hour on Sunday mornings. (511 Oak Street, Colusa) Anyone may attend regardless religious background, belief, Christian experience, or church affiliation. Enjoy a lively discussion and snacks.
